The program is funded by the state and administered through the Executive Office of Elder Affairs. It affects communication. For caregivers who have a hearing loss or who are caring for someone with a hearing loss, it makes caregiving even more stressful and demanding. We recently received a grant from the Metrowest Foundation which will provide you with an iPad, training and ongoing technical assistance. Eligibility is based on household size and the gross annual income of every household member, 18 years of age or older. Household income cannot exceed 60% of estimated State Median Income.
