
Vinyasa Yoga
Yoga will be held on Zoom during the month of January.
Practicing together will help us to remain a community and we’ll breathe, move, and laugh together. These 60-minute classes will include mindful movement sequences, breath-work, stretching, and guided relaxation leaving you feeling grounded and invigorated. Chair option available for those who cannot tolerate floor work.
*Bring your mat and water!
