Erin Boyle is a New Hampshire-based artist who specializes in original hand embroidery. She established her small business, My Darling Threads, in 2022 and has been selling her stitch work around New England since. She’s excited to share her passion for embroidery through her Intro to Embroidery course at Sherborn Library.

During this course, students will be taught basic embroidery stitches while creating a small floral design to take home (see example image). Each student will be provided with a handout to follow along with Erin’s demo and have the opportunity for one-on-one assistance when needed. All materials will be included, but students can feel free to bring their own embroidery floss if they want specific colors! Be sure to bring reading glasses if you use them 🙂
