Explores the three branches of our constitutional system: Legislative Branch (Congress-makes laws and oversees the executive branch) Executive Branch (President- Enforces laws and manages federal agencies and Judicial Branch (Courts-interprets laws and ensures justice).
Presenter: Judge Michael Fabbri, Retired Middlesex County Judge. After serving as a judge for 10 years, he retired in November 2024. Previously, he was a prosecutor in the Middlesex District Attorney’s office for more than 25 years(holding several roles: First Assistant District Attorney, Chief of Homicides, and Chief Trial Counsel.) Judge Fabbri is an alumnus of Northeastern University School of Law and graduated from Framingham State College in 1980.
