Balance is complex and multi-dimensional and varies from person to person. This 4-week session will be interactive. We will deconstruct and demonstrate the components of good balance and train participants on how to improve it through a variety of exercises and progressions in an outdoor setting (weather permitting). Each class will also include exercises for core and leg strengthening, posture awareness, and stretches for greater
flexibility. Each participant will be able to self assess their balance level in Session 1 followed by balance training in the remaining sessions.
Classes will be taught by Laila and cost $5.00
