Tai Chi
This class takes place on the 2nd Floor of Town Hall in the Select Board meeting room.
Although tai chi is slow and gentle and doesn’t leave you breathless, it addresses the key components of fitness — muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and, to a lesser degree, aerobic conditioning.
Certified Instructor Robin Natanel has been teaching Tai Chi/Meditation & Mindfulness at senior centers in the area for 20 years.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
