Tone & Stretch
This virtual 45-minute Tone and Stretch class will help maintain healthy joints, increasing strength and flexibility. Please have a chair nearby, and hand weights or substitute soup or bean cans ready for class.
Classes are done via ZOOM which is a very simple, easy, and free to use video conferencing software that you can use with your computer, phone, or tablet.
This class is taught by Laila Vehvilainen, a certified fitness instructor, health educator, and personal trainer, who has been teaching for more than 12 years.
