We offer weekly exercise classes. You can choose from strength and balance to cardio. All classes are open to ALL residents of Sherborn and surrounding areas, regardless of age. We offer two weekly classes via Zoom. You may also register for Vinyassa Yoga at Unity Farm by clicking here and you will be brought to the Sherborn Recreation Site which hosts this program.
We hold an in-person fitness class on Mondays at 8:45 am. They are held at Town Hall, 2nd floor. It’s a 55-minute class that includes cardio, stretching and toning. Check out the calendar for all the details. Our other in-person class is Tai Chi and meets on Wednesdays at 1:00 pm at Town Hall on the 2nd floor.
Our Tone and Stretch Zoom classes are held on Tuesdays at 9:15 am and our Cardio Core class is held on Fridays at 9:30 am.
We also have weekly walks that take place on Thursdays at 9:00 am. We meet at the Holliston Rail Trail. Please register for all programs, as sometimes we need to reschedule or cancel classes.
We offer some specialized programs throughout the year as well such as our Walk With Ease and Matter of Balance programs. Oftentimes these programs are funded by grants whereas our other exercise programs are $5.00 for each class.
Classes are $5.00 each, excluding our weekly walks and unless the program is sponsored by a grant.

You will register for classes through the Council on Aging. It’s easy! To get started please contact Kristina Gallant at [email protected].. You will be asked to provide emergency contacts, medical information, date of birth, etc. so we can better serve you.
You may pay for classes by check or by logging onto the town payment site located here.
Payments can be mailed or dropped off at Sherborn Town Hall, 19 Washington Street, Sherborn, MA 01770. Make checks payable to the Town of Sherborn. Please make a note of what classes you will be taking.
